Sadly it a long term problem. The first land I had in 2005 was plagued with flying penises. For a while I would have to get someone from LL to come weekly and fumigate my land.
Back then you couldn’t teleport directly to a point you had to teleport close then fly the rest of the way. My land was on a flyway so it was a prime target of those “creative” people.
