former linden lab star qarl [creator of sculpties among many other things] is back outside of vr and all that but nonetheless mind-boggling stuff = an ai paint engine.
enjoy the conversation and share your thoughts on the end of all human art:
- the origin of pikazo = neural networks! [and an interesting motherboard article on the matter]

- pikazo speaks for itself through the pictures of its users [mostly selfies for whatever reason…]:

- and more research – deep neural networks for synthesizing speech = we are in the future!

- lecture from 2012 with some background on neural networks:
- and data in star trek next generation tries to beat the holodeck:
- drax’ gretsch….[in wild things style?]

- a serious ai with a political ax to grind did this one yes?

Gosh Drax, you are such a commy. Just like we use machine today, to be more productive, the same will apply when robots can do everything. With robots doing all the mundane things, humans will have time to pursue the more abstract things in life. It’s actually pretty easy to predict what fields more people will go into. They will go into all those area where people are massively overpaid today. We already see this happening on Youtube. Actors make millions, hence this is what more people will be doing. The industry has been highly controlled since the beginning and only today can the average guy complete directly in the entertainment market. This is also happening in games. Every place where you see outrageous profits today, is where the jobs of tomorrow will be created. This is what the free market does Drax. It take every single industry, strips out the waste, and makes that thing affordable to the mass. You should love and worship the free market, not despise it.
